Paulin Homes began in 1985 when the company was founded by the Paulin family with a straightforward approach to construction: do quality work, treat people right, stand behind the finished product, and build a reputation one project at a time.
The current owner grew up in the industry alongside his father, spending his childhood around jobsites and learning construction through hands-on experience. After college, he entered law enforcement at age 21 and spent 17 years serving the community while continuing to work alongside his father in the construction business.
In 2019, ownership of Paulin Homes transitioned to the second generation while the founder remained actively involved in project management. In 2025, after separating from law enforcement, the current owner committed to Paulin Homes full time as his father entered full retirement.
